Dr. Sandy Leung Tran is a board-certified optometrist on the team of dedicated providers at Orange County Eyecare in Placentia, CA. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Marshall B. Ketchum University SCCO In Fullerton, CA and her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside. She received clinical training at Ketchum Health, Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital, North Las Vegas VA Medical Center, and the University Eye Center of Los Angeles.
Dr. Tran is a glaucoma certified and licensed to use diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents. She practices full-scope optometry, providing comprehensive eye exams and the treatment and management of various eye health conditions. Dr. Tran is a member of the California Optometry Association and various local optometric societies which provides a platform for her to keep updated in the latest trends and developments in professional eye care.
In her spare time, Dr. Tran enjoys trying new cafes/restaurants and travelling with her husband. Dr. Tran is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She looks forward to providing excellent eye care to every patient.
